What this skill does
Runs a CRM: contacts, companies, deals, pipeline stages, follow-ups, and the data hygiene that keeps it usable. Use when setting up, rescuing, or operating a CRM (personal, freelance, sales, donor, or job-search); when the pipeline needs review, a deal has gone quiet, a forecast has to be defended, or who has not been contacted in months; when contacts are duplicated, bouncing, or out of date; when importing/exporting a CSV of leads, or migrating between plain files, Notion, HubSpot, or Salesforce; when choosing which CRM to use, or why nobody updates the current one; when defining stages, fields, tags, lead scoring, or win/loss reasons; when logging a call or email for later; and when a deletion, unsubscribe, or do-not-contact request has to be honored. Not for address-book upkeep and birthdays (`people`), delivering the client work itself (`clients`), outreach campaigns (`outreach`), sourcing candidates (`recruiter`), or support tickets (`customer-support`).
CRM is part of the Developer Tools category — developer tools that help your agent write, review, debug, and ship code. You can install it on its own or alongside other developer tools skills from the OpenClaw catalog.
How to install CRM
The easiest path is via the OpenClaw Easy desktop app — one click, no terminal required:
- Download OpenClaw Easy for macOS or Windows (free, one-click installer, ~30 seconds).
- Open the in-app Skills panel.
- Search for
crmand click Install. - The skill activates automatically when an incoming message matches its description.
Install from the command line
If you already run the OpenClaw CLI, add CRM with a single command:
openclaw skills add crm
This pulls crm from ClawHub and installs it into ~/.openclaw/skills/crm/. Restart the OpenClaw gateway afterwards so the new skill is discovered.
How to use CRM
Once installed, CRM activates on its own: when an incoming message on WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Feishu or Line matches the skill's description, your OpenClaw agent loads it and runs the workflow. You can also trigger it explicitly by describing the task in chat. No extra configuration is required after install.
Manual install (advanced)
If you prefer manual installation:
- Click the Download .zip button above to grab
crm-1.0.2.zipdirectly from our S3 mirror. - Unzip into
~/.openclaw/skills/crm/(create the directory if it does not exist). - Restart OpenClaw Easy (or the OpenClaw CLI gateway) so the new skill is discovered.
