1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OpenClaw Easy desktop application ("the App") or visiting openclaw-easy.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OpenClaw Easy ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of the App

OpenClaw Easy is a desktop application that connects AI language models to messaging platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Feishu, and Line. The App runs locally on your computer and allows you to configure AI-powered automated responses on those platforms.

The App is built on top of the open-source OpenClaw project and is available free of charge for personal and commercial use, with optional premium subscription plans available in-app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal computer for your own personal or commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App (except to the extent permitted by applicable law)
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law

5. Your Responsibilities

5.1 Third-Party Platform Compliance

The App connects to third-party messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, etc.) and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.). You are solely responsible for:

• Complying with the terms of service of each platform and AI provider you connect
• Obtaining any required permissions before sending automated messages to other users
• Managing and securing your own API keys and bot tokens

We are not affiliated with WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. Using automated messaging tools may violate the terms of some platforms in certain contexts — please review the terms of each platform you connect.

5.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassment to other users
• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate another person or entity without their consent
• Violate the privacy of others or collect data from others without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of any messaging platform or AI service
• Use the App for any purpose that is illegal under applicable law

5.3 API Keys and Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your AI provider API keys and messaging platform bot tokens secure. Do not share them with unauthorized parties. We are not liable for any costs, charges, or damages arising from unauthorized use of your API keys or tokens.

6. Premium Plans and Payments

OpenClaw Easy offers optional premium subscription plans available for purchase within the App. By subscribing to a premium plan:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting us at info@openclaw-easy.com
• Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us and we will work to resolve it or provide a refund

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. We will notify active subscribers before any price change takes effect.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully — it explains what data we collect, what we do not collect, and how your data flows through the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The OpenClaw Easy name, logo, website, and proprietary application code are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The underlying OpenClaw engine is open-source software licensed under its respective open-source license.

You retain all rights to any content you create or configure within the App, including system prompts and agent configurations.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The AI responses generated through the App will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose
• The App will be compatible with all future versions of connected messaging platforms or AI providers

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising any AI responses sent through the App, particularly in customer-facing contexts.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or business resulting from use or inability to use the App
• Costs incurred from AI provider API usage
• Account suspension or bans imposed by third-party messaging platforms
• Any content generated by AI models used through the App

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenClaw Easy and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your violation of applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate premium plan access if you violate these Terms. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify premium subscribers via email. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
